Results of the Review

You will be sent a message to the e-mail address specified upon registration, containing a link to the competition application page, where you can see all recommendations received during the competition campaign, in addition to the Academic Council’s decision about your selection status for a faculty position. The sender’s address is pps@hse.ru. It is recommended that you check your Spam folder in case the notification ends up there.

The e-mail will have a link to the review results, which you may see after you sign into your MyHSE Services Account.

Possible Recommendations and Decisions

After your application has been reviewed by the relevant HR and Selection Committee and the First Vice Rector, you will receive the following information:

Recommended for selection: Yes or No;

Recommended term of contract (if recommended for selection): a figure or a limited period (until dd.mm.yyyy);

Recommended contract type: standard, for faculty members with heightened workload, or standard with the provision of status (e.g., Research Professor, Associate Professor, Consulting Professor, or Associate Consultant);

Recommended career trajectory: Academic, Teaching/Methodological, Professional (Practice-oriented), or Not determined.

As per the Regulations on the Procedures for Filling Faculty Positions, as approved by Directive of the Ministry of Higher Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 749, dated July 23, 2015, competitions for filling in teaching positions shall be held as per a resolution of the collegiate administrative body of the academic organization (in the case of HSE University, this body is the Academic Council of HSE University / HSE University’s regional campus). 

After a meeting of the Academic Council of HSE University / HSE University’s regional campus, you will receive information from the HR Office / HR Unit, respectively, about the selection or non-selection under the Competition for Faculty Positions.

In the e-mail, you will see a link to the review results, which you may view by signing into your MyHSE Services Account. Before filling in the e-application, you had gone through the registration process to be able to access your MyHSE Services Account. After registration, you received an automatically generated password, which was sent to the e-mail address as you had specified.
