Review and Selection Committee of the HSE University Academic Council examines submissions from all Moscow candidates and candidates for the professor positions from the University’s regional campuses and makes recommendations for each candidate |

Final decisions are taken by the HSE University Academic Council through secret voting for all candidates from Moscow and professors from the other regional campuses |
