14.03.2025 – 18.03.2025	Formal and technical review of submitted documents by the field-specific review and selection committees
19.03.2025 – 21.04.2025	Substantive review of submitted documents by the departments/schools and the field-specific review and selection committees. Conducting interviews and arranging open talks with the candidates (if necessary)
22.04.2025 – 23.05.2025	Vice Rector examines the submissions and makes recommendations for each candidate
26.05.2025 – 30.05.2025	Vice Rector examines the submissions and makes recommendations for each candidate. International Recruitment Committee considers submissions and makes recommendations for the positions of international recruitment program
02.06.2025 –04.06.2025	Review and selection committees at the HSE University’s regional campuses (St. Petersburg, Perm, Nizhny Novgorod) consider submissions and make recommendations for each candidate
