28.11.2025 – 30.12.2025	Substantive review of submitted documents by the departments/schools and the field-specific review and selection committees. Conducting interviews and arranging open talks with the candidates (if necessary)
12.01.2026 – 05.02.2026	Vice Rector examines the submissions and makes recommendations for each candidate
06.02.2026 – 10.02.2026	Vice Rector examines the submissions and makes recommendations for each candidate. International Recruitment Committee considers submissions and makes recommendations for the positions of international recruitment program
